Template notice: Replace every item in square brackets before publishing. This template is general information, not legal advice. Have it reviewed for your business model, fulfilment arrangements, target countries, tax position, and installed WordPress/WooCommerce plugins.

1. Where we deliver

Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. We may restrict particular products or destinations because of carrier, sanctions, customs, licensing or operational requirements.

2. Order processing

Our usual processing time is [number] business days. Made-to-order or print-on-demand products may require [number] business days before dispatch. Business days exclude UK bank holidays. Current product-specific information shown before purchase takes priority.

3. Delivery options and estimates

DestinationServiceEstimated transit timeTracking

Europe[service][estimate][yes/no]
United States and Canada[service][estimate][yes/no]
Other available destinations[service][estimate][yes/no]

Times begin after dispatch and are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated. Customs, local delivery networks, remote locations and events outside reasonable control can cause delay.

4. Shipping charges

The charge is calculated and displayed before you place the order. It may depend on destination, weight, order value, carrier and service. Any free-shipping threshold and exclusions will be displayed with the offer.

5. Customs, import taxes and duties

For international orders, state the delivery-duty arrangement clearly at checkout:

  • [DDP, if applicable]: relevant import charges collected at checkout; or
  • [DAP/DDU, if applicable]: the recipient is responsible for charges assessed on import.

Do not select both descriptions. The recipient may need to provide information to customs and pay the carrier or authority before delivery. We do not control local assessment or clearance times.

6. Dispatch and tracking

We will send a dispatch confirmation to the email supplied. Tracking is provided where the selected service supports it. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created.

7. Split shipments and fulfilment partners

[If applicable: Products may be made or stored at different locations and arrive separately. You will not be charged extra solely because we split an order after purchase.]

[Identify whether a print-on-demand or fulfilment partner ships directly, without revealing information that creates a security risk.]

8. Address changes

Contact [support email] immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after processing starts. If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we may charge the reasonable cost of redelivery where the law permits.

9. Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated or delivery is overdue, contact [support email] with the order number. Please also report visible transit damage promptly and retain the packaging where reasonably possible. These requests help investigation and do not limit statutory rights.

10. Failed delivery and uncollected parcels

The carrier may leave instructions or hold a parcel at a collection point. If it is returned to us after reasonable delivery attempts or because it was not collected, contact us. Re-delivery costs may apply where the failure was caused by the recipient and the law allows.

11. Contact

Shipping enquiries: [support email]. Include the order number, delivery postcode and a concise description of the issue.
